The Status page offers diverse ways for users to check service status, accessible via the navigation on the home page or the map.
In the "My Account" section, users can follow the provided prompts to link their Oyster Card and Railcard. In addition, users can see the favourite routes they saved and the history trips record.
Providing toggle button for Railcard discounts to view accurate costs and potential discounts clearly and concisely.
Allowing users to quickly access their current route, historical trips and favourites even offline via a floating "Recent Trip" shortcut.
Users also can download the route to their photo album by their own.

Role
Transport for London observes over five million daily Tube passengers, underscoring public transport's vital role for commuters. Despite numerous transport apps, recognized design shortcomings, such as insufficient service updates, network instability, and missing fare details, impede effective user journey planning.
Our goal is to develop new solutions for the London public transport app, enabling users to plan journeys quickly, access clear information on service status and fares, and improve money management.

Process
The project is a design proposal to provide a new solution for London's public transport apps to help passengers enjoy a seamless journey experience. We thoroughly researched current problems and user needs, utilizing diverse testing methods to validate our design and gather user feedback, ultimately guiding our final design decisions.
Age : 16-45s
Main Target : London daily commuters
Sub Target : Tourists
Based on the research, we have narrowed our focus to London's young adults daily commuters (office workers and students), who are the most frequent users of London's public transport, low and middle-income households.
To pinpoint the target group, the study analyzed public transport usage across age groups, explored the relationship between income and transport preference, and considered overseas tourists as potential users.

User Journey Map
To design the experience with the user's emotional state in mind, we also created a user journey map, considering the points where user would have negative responses during their journey, to help us find the opportunities to increase the user's positive emotions.
The initial application framework
Low-Fidelity Prototype
Taking into consideration the results from the tree testing, the low-fidelity prototypes were designed to display the pages of critical functions, including the interactions and pop-up windows between these pages were also made to present the key actions and enable navigation.
